Online Complain Against Bank 2023 (Banking Lokpal)
The Banking Ombudsman shall receive information relating to complaints lodged in banking or other services and shall be lodged on the grounds, as mentioned in section 8, irrespective of the pecuniary value of the deficiency in service complained of and shall, by agreement and facilitate their satisfaction or settlement by conciliation or arbitration.

Any person alleging deficiency in banking including internet banking or other services may file a complaint with the bank or the Banking Ombudsman on any of the following grounds:
- Delay in payment or collection of cheques, drafts, bills etc. or non-payment
- Any matter related to ATM cum Debit card or Credit card
- Non-acceptance without sufficient reason of small denomination, for any purpose, and for charging commission in respect thereof, issued the notes.
- Non-acceptance, without sufficient cause, of tender for coins and charging commission in respect thereof,
- Delay in payment or non-payment of inward remittances,
- delay or failure to issue drafts, pay orders or bankers cheques;
- Failure to comply with the prescribed working hours,
- Delay in providing banking facilities (other than loans and advances) promised in writing by the Bank or its Direct Selling Agents or
- Delay, non-credit of proceeds to the accounts of the parties, non-payment of deposits or non-compliance of Reserve Bank’s instructions, if any, Applicable to the rate of interest on deposits in any savings, current or other account maintained with the bank,
- Non-adherence by the bank or its subsidiaries to the directions of the Reserve Bank on ATM or debit card operations or credit card operations,
- Non-disbursement or delay in disbursement of pension,
- Failure or delay in accepting payment towards taxes required by the Reserve Bank of India / Government of India / any State Government,
- Refusal to issue or delay in issue, or failure to service or delay in service or redemption of Government securities,
- Forcible closure of deposit accounts without any reason or sufficient cause,
- delay or refusal to close accounts,non-adherence to the Fair Practices Code adopted by the Bank;
- Delay in approval, disbursement or non-adherence to the prescribed time schedule for disposal of loan applications,Non-acceptance of application for loan without valid reasons being presented to the applicant,
- Non-adherence to the provisions of the Fair Practices Code for Lenders adopted by the Bank or the Code of Bank’s Commitments to Customers, as the case may be
